It was a couple of days ago now where my anxiety reached its peak. I was stressing, shocked and confused about this whole situation.
With so many things coming up I was looking forward to now cancelled, I felt sure I was going to end up spiraling down further with the fear of the unknown.
I’m happy to say, currently, I’m doing well. I’ve processed the information and I'm exercising resilience and mindfulness techniques to help get me through these uncertain times.
