MENTAL HEALTH STORIES

Thos section contains stories shared by people who have had a lived experience of mental illness or been close to someone who has. These stories are designed to provide strength and support for those reading them who are going through/have gone through a difficult time in their lives and felt alone. 

A lot of the time when we struggle with a difficult situation or mental health problem we feel alone, isolated and as if we are the only ones experiencing these dark times.
Hopefully these stories can help the people reading them to feel empowered and know they are not alone.
